Tom Ellingson
Co-Founder & Chief Growth Officer
Tom has 2 world firsts in digital innovation and was invited out to Washington DC by the White House Office of Science and Technology to meet about applied technology innovation and inclusion. During his 30+ year career he has held leadership positions at IBM and PwC and participated as an advisory or member on the C-suite for 20+ tech startups and turnarounds. During that time has achieved annual growth rates at a SaaS startup of 500%, served on the Minnesota Data Health Institute Security Task Force, raised startup funding and repositioned and sold a company. He serves on multiple boards and advisory boards, has mentored 4 startup cohorts including 2 MedTech cohorts, and serves on the IT Advisory Committee of a $100 million healthcare non-profit. Tom has a BA in Economics from Gustavus Adolphus College, a MBA from the University of Minnesota, and 3 professional certifications in digital healthcare from Columbia Business School.

Jimmy is a seasoned data science leader, with a passion for cooking up data-driven solutions. She started honing her data skills as an Astronomer with a PhD from Texas A&M University before breaking out into the wild world of data science. As a machine learning engineer/manager, Jimmy has crafted AI models in the healthcare and advertising industries. Now at Famelia, Inc., Jimmy is whipping up the latest and greatest AI solutions to help you enjoy the foods you love in a whole new way. In the kitchen, Jimmy is an avid plant-based foodie with an unending love for pizza of all kinds, from the thinnest New York Slice to the thickest Chicago Deep Dish. You may also see her running marathons around the Twin Cities or sampling the latest brewery creations as she and her team roast the competition at bar trivia!
